Vivo presents the V70 Elite as its most powerful phone in the upper mid-range category, as it comes with a significant upgrade compared to previous generations of the series.
The phone relies on the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor from Qualcomm, along with LPDDR5X memory with a capacity of up to 12 GB, and UFS 4.1 storage space of up to 512 GB, which gives it performance close to the level of leading phones.
The phone relies on a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen with FHD+ resolution and an adaptive refresh rate of 120 Hz. The peak local brightness reaches 5000 nits, and the screen also includes a 32-megapixel front camera and a built-in ultrasonic fingerprint sensor.
On the back, the V70 Elite includes a triple imaging system. The 50-megapixel main camera comes with a 1/1.56-inch Sony LYT-700V sensor and f/1.88 lens aperture with OIS optical stabilization support.

Along with it, the 50-megapixel telephoto camera offers a 1/1.95-inch IMX882 sensor with 3x optical zoom, f/2.65 lens aperture, and OIS support. While the third ultra-wide lens comes with an 8-megapixel resolution, with an angle equivalent to 15 mm.
On the software front, the phone runs the OriginOS 6 interface based on Android 16, with a promise to provide four major system updates and six years of security updates.
The device derives its power from a 6,500 mAh battery with Si-C technology, supports 90-watt wired charging, and has water and dust resistance ratings of IP68 and IP69.
The vivo V70 Elite is available in black, red and sandy beige colors. The price of the 8/256 GB version starts at $571, while the price of the 12/512 GB version reaches $681. Open sales are scheduled to begin on February 26.
