After a series of teasers, Vivo finally revealed the official launch date of the S50 series, and also opened the door for pre-booking for the two phones in China.
The Vivo S50 and S50 Pro Mini are scheduled to appear for the first time on December 15, according to promotional photos and videos published by the company on the Weibo platform.
Vivo also confirmed the color options available for the two models through its online store. The vivo S50 will arrive in four colors: white, violet, black and blue. While the S50 Pro Mini will be released in only three colors, including white, black, and violet.
The S50 Pro Mini will get the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 processor, while expectations indicate that the S50 model will work with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor.
Both phones will offer a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 periscope camera, and the company will reveal more details in the coming days.
