Within the framework of the Ministry of Education’s keenness to develop the education system and improve the quality of its outcomes, and under the patronage of Faten Madkour, Director General of the 6th of October Educational Administration, and Dr. Mona Al-Baqri, Undersecretary of the Administration, the activities of implementing the national calendar in the Arabic language and mathematics subjects were implemented.
This comes in light of the continuous efforts made by the National Center for Examinations and Educational Evaluation to support the educational process, as Dr. Salwa Suleiman Badr, a representative of the center, followed up on the implementation of the application in the field, ensuring the achievement of the desired goals of the national evaluation, which aims to measure the actual learning outcomes of students, and identify strengths and needs to improve educational performance.
The events witnessed the presence of Shaaban Badr, Director of Preparatory Education, and Hanan Nazmi, Arabic Language Instructor, where the importance of this step in supporting teachers and developing teaching methods in line with modern assessment standards was emphasized.
The application was also implemented inside the school under the supervision of Mr. Hajjaj, the school director, on a sample of 50 female students from the first year of middle school, in an atmosphere of organization and discipline, which reflects the fruitful cooperation between the school administration and the work team responsible for implementing the evaluation.
This measure is an important step towards building an educational system based on continuous objective evaluation, which contributes to improving the level of academic achievement, and supports making educational decisions based on accurate data, in a way that serves the country’s directions towards developing education and achieving comprehensive and sustainable quality.
