He pointed out that every time they obtain an acquittal or a decision to preserve them, they are surprised by a new case with the same style and the same details in another governorate, as if there is an entity or people determined to destroy the entire family and drown it in a never-ending spiral of reports.
The victim confirmed that the family has now reached the stage of complete inability to continue financially, in light of the continued presence of open cases in other governorates, adding: We are faced with a difficult choice: whether to continue and drown more in debt, or to put ourselves in prison because of the inability to bear defense expenses, not because of a sin we committed.
He pointed out that the suffering was no longer just legal, but also human and psychological, after the family received threatening messages via the WhatsApp application, including intimidation and intimidation, which reached the point of threatening young children, adding: “We remained living in constant fear. Any ambush in the street is terrifying, and any ringing phone will paralyze us.
He added that a number of women within the family are no longer able to leave their homes, and that the children have clearly been affected psychologically, while there are family members outside Egypt who cannot return for fear of being arrested in fabricated cases.
He explained that work has stopped and life is almost paralyzed, in light of the prosecution of cases and malicious reports, stressing that they have filed official reports accusing parties of forging trust receipts and blackmailing them with them, but they were faced with the length of the procedures and their exorbitant cost, as new cases continued to appear.
One of the victims of extortion and forgery of trust receipts called on the concerned authorities to quickly examine the incidents of forgery and extortion, stop exploiting trust receipts and putting pressure on innocent people, and save an entire family that has become an organized victim of malicious reports and fabricated cases.
