A private driver was caught driving in the opposite direction and assaulting another by beating him on the 10th of Ramadan
Upon examination, it was found that on the 19th of this month, a person with a fracture was reported to the Second Police Department, the 10th of Ramadan, residing in the Third Police Department, the 10th of Ramadan. He decided that while he was driving his private car in the department’s precinct, a private car came in the opposite direction, and when he objected to him, its driver assaulted him by beating him with his hands, which led to the aforementioned injury.
It was possible to identify and seize the car with a valid license, and its driver was a person with a valid driver’s license, who had abrasions on his chest. When confronted, he confessed to committing the incident in order to shorten the road, and accused the complainant of assaulting him by beating him and causing his injury.
The two cars were seized, and legal measures were taken against their drivers.
