The Egyptian Gazette published in Issue No. 34, issued on February 11, 2026, the Minister of Justice’s decision No. 267 of 2026, regarding the transfer of the headquarters of the Port Fouad and East Tafraiya District Prosecution of the Port Said College Prosecution from its current headquarters to the new headquarters in the Port Fouad District Court building.
Transferring the headquarters of the Prosecution of Port Fouad and East Tafria Partial District to its new headquarters
The text of the decision came: After reviewing the constitution; And the Criminal Procedure Law No. 150 of 1950 and its amendments: And the Judicial Authority Law No. 46 of 1972 and its amendments: And the letter of the Judge, Director of Public Prosecutions, dated 1/4/2026: And the letter of the Judge, Assistant Minister of Justice for the Affairs of the General Authority of the Courthouse Buildings Fund and the Real Estate Registry, dated 1/5/2026:
The first article stipulated the transfer of the headquarters of the Port Fouad District Prosecution and the East Partial Branch of the Port Said College Prosecution from its current headquarters to the new headquarters in the Port Fouad District Court building located on Al-Muatasem Billah Street – in front of the Port Said University Club – First Section of Port Fouad City – Port Said Governorate.
The second article also stipulates: The competent departments of the Ministry of Justice and the Public Prosecution must implement this decision, and the third article stipulates that this decision shall be published in the Egyptian Gazette, and it shall be effective as of Sunday, 2/1/2026.
