Osama Ezz El-Din, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply in Menoufia, announced the opening of 20 Hello Ramadan exhibitions and outlets across the governorate’s centers and cities so far, as part of the Supply Directorate’s preparations to welcome the holy month of Ramadan and provide food commodities to citizens at reduced prices.

The Undersecretary of the Ministry of Supply confirmed, in special statements to Cairo 24, that the exhibitions provide very large quantities of basic commodities, especially sugar and rice, which witness an increase in demand during the month of Ramadan, stressing that there is no concern about the availability of goods, and that the stock is sufficient for the needs of citizens throughout the holy month.

He pointed out that, under the directives of the Minister of Supply and the Governor of Menoufia, there are no shortages in the markets of basic commodities, and that the citizen can obtain any quantity he needs from showrooms and outlets without restrictions, ensuring the stability of the markets and meeting the needs of families.

He explained that there is strict and continuous supervision by supply inspectors over the exhibitions and outlets, to follow up on compliance with the announced prices and ensure the quality of the products offered, while taking immediate legal measures regarding any violations that are detected.

He concluded his statements by thanking Major General Ibrahim Abu Laymoun, Governor of Menoufia, for his full support for the supply system, and for providing the necessary facilities to expand the holding of exhibitions in all centers and cities of the governorate, thus contributing to alleviating the burdens on citizens.
