Company announced Drinking water in Cairo Water will be cut off in a number of areas, as a result of the work of dismantling, installing and raising the main and secondary suction and extraction lines at the Rafi Abu Al-Saud station.
The Cairo Drinking Water Company announces a water outage in 7 areas
The company said that the affected areas include: Ain Al-Sira, Al-Abajiya, Al-Sayyeda Aisha, Al-Imam Al-Shafi’i, Al-Tunisi, Al-Khalifa Street and Al-Qalaa Residences.
She explained that the interruption time will be from eight o’clock in the evening on Friday, February 6, 2026, until eight o’clock in the morning on Saturday, February 7, 2026, for a period of 12 hours.
The company confirmed that it has prepared all its capabilities, including equipment, engineers, technicians and workers, to complete the work as quickly as possible and restore water to the affected areas.
The company also explained that drinking water vehicles will be provided for free distribution in the affected areas, noting that citizens can request it via the hotline 125 or the WhatsApp service on 01006665125.
