Today, in the November 29 session, the Economic Misdemeanor Court in Cairo issues its ruling on TikToker Mohamed Abdel Aty, accusing him of publishing indecent videos.

The referral order stated that the accused, Mohamed Mohamed Abdel-Ati Taha, was brought to trial in case No. 1918 of 2025, first of October, registered as No. 1911 of 2025, economic import, No. 227 of 2025, investigation investigation, and No. 2811 of 2025, misdemeanor economic affairs. Please note that his trial session has been set for 11/2/2025. Objectively at the Cairo Economic Court.
The referral order also stated that it takes into account the announcement of the accused, Mohamed Mohamed Abdel-Aty, in detention, at the session scheduled for his trial and sending him on the specified date, and the competent investigation authorities decided to refer the blogger Mohamed Abdel-Aty to criminal trial against the backdrop of his accusation of publishing obscene videos.
