The session will be held under the chairmanship of Counselor Ahmed Fawzi, President of the Court, and with the membership of Counselor Yasmine Ahmed Ali, Counselor Khaled Abdel Salam Aslan, Counselor Mohamed Essam Fouad, and Court Secretary Mustafa Yousry.
Investigations into the case revealed that the accused, the owner of an account on the social networking site Tik Tok, insulted and slandered the victim, A.O., a businessman, with statements that, if proven true, would have required the account, and she published through her account insults, defamation, and indecent expressions.
The case papers, No. 1985 of 2025, economic misdemeanors, also indicated that the accused violated the accused’s personal life, disturbed him, and used means of communication in the matter.
