Today, Monday, a terrorism appeals criminal court, headed by Counselor Hamada Al-Sawy, is considering the trial of Abdel Moneim Abu Al-Futouh’s son, on charges of joining a terrorist group and spreading false news.
Today, the sentence against Abdel Moneim Abu Al-Futouh’s son
The session will be held under the chairmanship of Counselor Hamada Al-Sawy, with the membership of Counselors Mohamed Ammar, Raafat Zaki, Dr. Ali Amara, and the secretariat of Mohamed Al-Saeed.
The Second Terrorism Circuit, held in Badr, headed by Counselor Wagdy Abdel Moneim, had previously sentenced Ahmed Abdel Moneim Abu Al-Futouh to 5 years in prison for aggravated imprisonment, accusing him of joining a terrorist group, in Case No. 1059 of 2021.
The accused and others who had previously been sentenced were charged with joining a terrorist group, incitement against state institutions, and spreading false news.
