A number of affected small business owners organized a protest in front of the headquarters of the Concrete Plus Contracting Company in the Fifth Settlement area in New Cairo, to demand their financial entitlements for financial transactions and contracting wages that have been arrears from the company for a long time.

For his part, one of the affected people, named Ayman Muhammad Abu Jamea, said that he had been working with the company for some time in contracting and had not received the agreed upon amounts of money. This caused him huge losses and caused his company to stop working.
He added to Cairo 24 that he joined 36 owners of affected companies and decided to organize a protest in front of the headquarters of the Concrete Plus Contracting Company in the Fifth Settlement, to demand their rights and their delayed money.
