Major General Dr. Ismail Kamal, Governor of South Sinai, held an expanded meeting via video conference technology through the National Emergency and Public Safety Network at its headquarters in Sharm El SheikhTo follow up on the implementation status of the investment plan projects of the governorate’s general office and affiliated local units, within the plan for the fiscal year 2025/2026.
The meeting was attended by Dr. Enas Samir, Deputy Governor, Major General Ihab Makkawi, Assistant General Secretary, city heads, the Director of the Roads and Transport Directorate, the governorate’s facilities network official, and the Director of the Planning Department at the General Office.
The governor stressed that the current stage requires intensifying performance rates and working in a team spirit The onestressing the importance of continuous field follow-up and not being satisfied with office reports, in implementation of the directives of the political leadership to follow up on all projects being implemented, especially the investment plan projects.
The meeting reviewed the executive position on a number of main axes, which include electricity works and road paving InteriorUrban development, environmental improvement, local and community services, local administration development, and technical support.
The governor directed city leaders to expedite the completion of the projects being implemented according to the specified timetables. To ensure the maximum benefit from the available financial funds, and direct them according to the work priorities of each city, in a way that achieves comprehensive development goals, reflects the appropriate civilized aspect of the governorate, and benefits the Sinai citizen, while emphasizing the importance of rationalizing spending.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the governor announced that a regular weekly meeting would be held through the National Emergency and Public Safety Network to follow up on completion rates and monitor any obstacles immediately. To ensure completion of plan projects
