The competent investigation authorities decided to renew the detention of a woman and her son, Ali Khalifa, accusing her of ending her daughter’s life in the Al Salam area for 15 days, pending investigations.
The beginning goes back to when a girl was killed by her mother and brother, after they ended her life and cut her body into 3 parts, in the Al-Salam area of Cairo Governorate.
Initial investigations revealed that the accused and her son ended the victim’s life and cut her body into three parts, placing part under a concrete layer, part in a barrel on which they placed chlorine to analyze the body, and another part they threw to street dogs.
Investigations revealed that the incident was committed 51 days ago, and the security services revealed the mystery of the crime at the end of last January, and they were arrested and confessed to committing the crime.
According to the victim’s sister, the motive for committing the crime was disagreements between the mother and the victim due to the latter’s misbehavior.
The Rescue Operations Room received a report from one of the accused’s relatives stating that she had ended her daughter’s life, and the security services immediately moved to the location of the report.
The security services arrested the mother and her son, they confessed to committing the incident, a report was drawn up about the incident, and the Public Prosecution took over the investigations.
