Engineer Yasser Abdullah Ramadan, head of the New Qena City Authority, announced the launch of electrical current in the eastern expansion area, specifically in the area of ​​28 buildings within “Housing for All Egyptians,” after completing loading the current on the kiosks and transformers feeding the buildings, ensuring the safety of all connections and conducting the necessary technical tests in accordance with the approved standards.

The head of the device explained that it was running Electric current In the area, it represents an important step towards enabling citizens to receive their housing units and begin actual occupancy, noting that the public lighting system in the area is working fully efficiently, which contributes to raising the level of safety and improving the quality of life for residents of the eastern expansions.

Engineer Yasser Abdullah also announced the successful launch of electrical current in the electricity network of the area overlooking the ring road in the city’s second residential district.

The head of the agency explained that the work included loading the current onto the main distribution boards, and activating the exit cells feeding the area, after completing all the necessary technical tests, to ensure the stability of the electrical voltage and the regularity of service in accordance with the approved technical standards.

He added that the launch of the power coincided with the operation of the public lighting system for the lighting poles on the ring road and the entrances to the Second District, stressing that the project aims to secure the city’s main axes and raise the efficiency of services provided to citizens, thus contributing to encouraging residential occupancy in the Second District and providing a safe and integrated urban environment.

Engineer Yasser Abdullah confirmed that the city apparatus continues to complete operation and lighting work in the remaining areas, respectively, while assigning emergency and maintenance teams to periodic and continuous follow-up to ensure the sustainability and quality of the service, and to optimally meet the needs of citizens.
