Announce Minister of Labour Muhammad Gibran launched the national campaign to raise awareness of work concepts, “Work Right,” under the slogan “Know Your Right and Commit to Your Duty,” which is the Ministry’s first integrated awareness campaign to be implemented based on artificial intelligence techniques in preparing visual and media awareness content, within the framework of the state’s move toward digital transformation and the use of modern technology in communicating with citizens.

The Minister indicated, in his statement, that the campaign aims to spread awareness of the rights and duties of both the worker and the employer, and to establish a culture of sound work in accordance with the labor law, in addition to spreading the culture of occupational safety and health, the importance of vocational training and raising labor skills, as well as supporting job opportunities inside and outside Egypt, enhancing commitment to applying the law, and other files that contribute to achieving balance within the work environment, and support increased production and investment.

The Minister of Labor emphasized that the worker and the employer represent two basic stakeholders in the labor system, and it is not possible to achieve real production or stability in the labor market without clarity of rights and duties, and hence comes the role of the state in completing this balance through awareness and organization.

The Minister added that the campaign, which is being implemented under the slogan “Know Your Right and Commit to Your Duty,” relies on artificial intelligence tools in producing visual and digital awareness materials, allowing for the delivery of a simplified and influential message and reaching the largest possible segment of citizens, especially the youth and workers in various sectors, calling on workers and business owners to interact with the campaign and benefit from its content.
