The artist’s keenness Ashraf Zaki The Head of the Acting Professions Syndicate would like to thank the Minister of Health, Dr. Khaled Abdel Ghaffar, for his constant assistance to the artists, stressing that the Minister of Health personally follows up on cases in which the Syndicate requests the Ministry’s intervention.
Ashraf Zaki said in his statements to Cairo 24: I thank the Minister of Health for following up on the treatment of artists, as he personally follows up with me on the cases in which the union requests the ministry’s intervention, and the state is not a moment late in providing any support and assistance to artists, and we as a union appreciate this effort and constant support.

In the past few days, Cairo 24 alone published the president’s directives to treat a group of artists at the state’s expense, who have enriched artistic life, as the state is preparing to begin implementing this plan, to treat them at its expense, in appreciation of their consistent role in advancing public taste. This step comes as confirmation of the influential role of art and artists in the state, and that it appreciates its stars and artists who spent their lives serving their country, and in appreciation of works worthy of the history of Egyptian art.
It is noteworthy that the most prominent stars whose treatment the state sponsored are: the artist Abla Kamel – Ahmed Fouad Selim – Jamila Aziz – Najwa Ibrahim – Diaa Al-Mirghani – Abdullah Musharraf, and there is another group of artists whose names will be revealed during the coming period.
