Ministry confirmed EducationDealing with bad weather conditions that may coincide with the holding of exams is done according to specific mechanisms that guarantee the safety of students and not expose them to any risks, taking into account the principle of equal opportunities for all students.
The Ministry explained, in a previous statement, that every governor has the right to make a decision to postpone the date of exams or change their timing, in line with the interests of students and the prevailing weather conditions, and without exposing them to danger while heading to or returning from the committees, noting that this decision is taken through the governorate’s Crisis and Disaster Management Committee, which is carefully studying the situation based on meteorological reports and the concerned authorities.

The Ministry stressed that it is not permissible to circulate any decisions regarding postponing exams at the republic level, as weather conditions vary from one governorate to another, and each case is evaluated separately according to its developments, stressing that any decision issued in this regard is announced officially and at the appropriate time, to ensure clarity of vision for students and parents.
The Ministry concluded by emphasizing its full concern for the safety of students, and taking all necessary measures to ensure that the examination process proceeds in a safe and orderly manner in various circumstances.
