The Cabinet Media Center published a statement on its social media platforms, through which it clarified the truth about what was said about increasing the prices of water transport vehicles, whether in Matrouh Governorate or any other governorate.

The Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater confirmed that the prices of water transport vehicles in Matrouh are fixed as they are without any increases, as the price of a 10-ton vehicle is 80 pounds.
According to the company, the Cabinet Media Center indicated that the automatic registration system for water truck receipts in the governorate has been activated, relieving citizens of the hassle of going to “Al-Ghurab” to register the receipt.
The statement explained that there is an additional, distinctive, optional service for requesting water by phone, at a free price, and it does not affect at all the regular subsidized service for citizens.
The company calls on citizens not to be led by false information aimed at stirring up public opinion, and to obtain information from the company’s official page only.
