Lieutenant General Amr Saqr, Commander of the Air Forces, met with Lieutenant General Zia Cemal Kadioglu, Commander of the Turkish Air Forces, and the accompanying delegation during his official visit to the Air Force Command.
Increasing military cooperation
The meeting discussed a number of topics of common interest in light of the fruitful cooperation relations between the Egyptian and Turkish Air Forces, within the framework of the Armed Forces’ keenness to increase military cooperation with brotherly and friendly countries.
During the meeting, the Air Force Commander stressed the importance of coordinating efforts to achieve common interests, expressing his aspiration that the next stage will witness further rapprochement of relations that will benefit the Egyptian and Turkish Air Forces.
For his part, the Commander of the Turkish Air Forces pointed to the depth of the partnership and bilateral cooperation relations between the air forces of the two friendly countries.
On the sidelines of the visit, the Commander of the Turkish Air Forces conducted an inspection tour of a number of Egyptian Air Force units. To learn about the latest training and armament systems that the Air Force has witnessed recently.
