Today, Saturday, the third edition of the Mecca Forum begins For halalDuring the period from 14 to 16 February, under the slogan “Halal is a professional industry,” at the Makkah Chamber of Exhibitions and Events Center, and organized by the Manafea Initiative, under the patronage of the Saudi Minister of Commerce, Dr. Majid bin Abdullah Al-Qasabi.
According to what was published by Saudi media, the forum constitutes a knowledge and interactive space for exchanging experiences and anticipating the future of the halal economy, by attracting an elite group of entrepreneurs, investors, and international regulatory bodies. To discuss innovative solutions in supply chains, and highlight the competitive elements and major investment opportunities that the sector abounds, ensuring the alignment of standards with global requirements, and supporting sustainable entrepreneurship in the Islamic economy.
Makkah Halal Forum 2026
A number of decision makers, business leaders, finance experts, technology pioneers, and representatives of entities and institutions concerned with the halal system are scheduled to participate in the forum. A number of international leaders and specialized experts will also speak in the dialogue sessions, including the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bosnia and Herzegovina, CEOs of specialized platforms in the halal sector, and leaders in Islamic chambers of commerce. This reflects the cross-border dimension that has come to characterize the halal industry in its global economic context.
On the sidelines of the forum, an interactive exhibition will be held that includes certification bodies, leading brands, and institutions from around the world, in addition to the Halal Experts Corner, which provides specialized individual advisory sessions and a platform for signing agreements that reflect the investment and implementation dimension of the forum, in addition to launching specific paths aimed at empowering women in the business sector.
