The local unit of Al-Fashn Center and City, headed by Medhat Salah, continued its efforts in the hygiene and beauty sector and responded to citizens’ demands, in implementation of the directives of Dr. Mohamed Hani Ghoneim, Governor of Beni Suef, to intensify field follow-ups and raise the efficiency of services provided to citizens.

Road paving and clearing work was carried out in the villages of Talat and Saft Al-Kharsa, and a sudden fault in the water line was repaired in the village of Talla, affiliated with the local unit of Talat, which resulted in the return of water pumping normally.

A massive campaign was also carried out to remove waste and occupancies on the agricultural road and the city entrances, in addition to carrying out extensive cleaning work in the city’s main and secondary streets, which included removing more than 65 tons of garbage and waste from the streets of Trad Nile, Great Sea, Samah Al-Wojoh, Old National Bank, High Dam, El-Geish, Port Said, Mustafa Kamel, Salah Salem, Sheikh Ghoneim, Sheikh Zahran, Al-Fashniya Canal, and the insurance area, in addition to collecting garbage from homes. Affiliated villages and unloading containers.

While Major General Osama Younis, head of the center and city of Samasta, followed the results of the field traffic on the service units in the city and villages, as the traffic included the Central Hospital of Samasta and a number of health units, in order to follow up on the progress of work and administrative discipline and ensure the provision of medical services to citizens in the required manner. Administrative measures were taken regarding the observations that were monitored.

In response to the complaint of some citizens in the Mazura Village Council, the paving of the main roads in Ezbet Abu Salem, Al-Taliyah, and Al-Shafi’i began, with follow-up continuing to pave the rest of the roads. The local unit also continued its daily efforts in the cleanliness file, as more than 70 tons of waste were removed from the vicinity of schools and government departments in various parts of the city, and were supplied to the organic fertilizer factory, in addition to collecting garbage from the affiliated village councils.
