Engineer Adel Al-Najjar, Governor of Giza, confirmed the continuation of intensive campaigns to remove waste and improve the level of cleanliness in various neighborhoods, within the framework of the governorate’s plan to improve the cultural appearance and improve the quality of services provided to citizens.
Giza: 500 tons of waste removed from the mill land in Al-Munira Al-Gharbiyya… and an intensive campaign in Al-Buhay, Al-Qawmiya, and Al-Matar streets.
The governor followed up on the results of the campaigns carried out by the Cleaning and Beautification Authority in the Al-Munira Al-Gharbiya neighborhood, which resulted in the removal of waste and litter from the mill land, with a total of 500 tons, through the implementation of 25 moves, as part of a large night campaign aimed at removing accumulations and improving the level of cleanliness in the area.
The work also included implementing cleaning campaigns and removing waste in the streets of the airport, Al-Buhi, and the Arab National Street in the Al-Munira Al-Gharbiyah area, which contributes to improving the efficiency of the streets and achieving a clean environment for citizens.
The Governor of Giza stressed that the governorate continues to intensify cleaning campaigns throughout the day while taking the necessary measures to prevent the return of accumulations, stressing the importance of concerted efforts to preserve what is being accomplished.
The work was carried out under the supervision and field follow-up of Major General Mohamed Al-Dubaie, Head of the Giza Cleaning and Beautification Authority.
