The player, Ramadan Sobhi, recently arrived at the Giza Criminal Court, the 30th District, held at the Shubra El Kheima Court, in preparation for attending the fourth session of his trial in the case of forging official documents related to the exams of the Pharaohs Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels in the Abu Nomros area, where the ruling in the case is scheduled to be pronounced today.

The media flocked to the court, while the defense team escorted him into the hall in preparation for the start of the session.

Today, the Giza Criminal Court, Circuit 30, which convened at the Shubra El Kheima Court, headed by Counselor Taha Ibrahim Abdel Azim, and with the membership of Counselors Abdel Salam Suleiman El-Delgawy, Ahmed Mohamed Yousry, and Abdel Hamid Mohamed Salah El-Din, the presidents of the Cairo Court of Appeal, and the Secretariat of Amer Ali, are examining the case of accusing the player Ramadan Sobhi and 3 others on charges of forging official documents at one of the tourism and hotel institutes in the Abu Nomros area in Giza. Today’s session to pronounce the ruling

The Public Prosecution referred the accused: Youssef M. S., age 22 – a café worker and resident of the Mahmoudia Residences in Mokattam – Cairo, and Muhammad I. A. A., age 37, a security supervisor at the Pharaohs Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels, resident of the Youth Village, Badrashin Center – Giza, and Ramadan S. R. A., age 28, a football player and resident – Palm Hills – Katameya – Cairo, and Tariq M. M. S., age 45 – café owner – Resident 7 – Block 6075 – Mokattam – Cairo, because on a date prior to the date of issuing the report, all of the defendants in the Abu Nomros Police Station Department in Giza Governorate, who are not holders of public office, committed forgery in an official document, which is the answer booklets for the third year subject exams, which were issued by the Pharaohs Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels, and that was because the first accused edited them and signed those documents, the statement said, by signing falsely attributing them to the third accused. This was with the participation of each of the accused from the second to the fourth through agreement and assistance among themselves by providing the first accused with the necessary data to commit the crime under accusation, in order to make a false incident look like a true incident, which is to prove that the third accused attended and performed the third year exams in the Department of Tourism Studies at the Pharaohs Higher Institute for Tourism and Hotels. This was contrary to the truth, so the crime was committed based on that agreement and that assistance.
