Being Russian President Vladimir PutinToday, Thursday, talks were held with the President of the United Arab Emirates, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, who will visit the Russian capital, Moscow, on an official visit, according to what the Kremlin announced.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed visits the Emirates
The Kremlin press office announced, in a statement, that Putin and Bin Zayed will discuss during the meeting the basic axes of multifaceted bilateral cooperation between the two countries and the current situation in the Middle East, in addition to other issues on the international agenda.
Last Sunday, Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed received, in the United Arab Emirates, Kirill Dmitriev, the Special Representative of the Russian President for investment and economic cooperation with foreign countries.
The meeting touched on cooperation and joint work between the UAE and Russia, and ways to develop them in various sectors, especially economic, investment and urban sectors, according to what was published by Russia Today.
Following the meeting, Dmitriev praised the Emirati activity in the field of peacemaking, and conveyed to Mohammed bin Zayed the greetings of the Russian President and his gratitude to the UAE for hosting the tripartite meeting on Ukraine, which brought together representatives of Russia, Ukraine, and the United States in Abu Dhabi last Friday and Saturday.
