The investigation authorities in Minya stated that the body of an elderly man who died in a collision between a microbus and a semi-truck on the agricultural road passing through the center of Maghagha in Minya Governorate was buried after completing the procedures and handing him over to his family.

The details of the incident date back to when the security services in the Minya Security Directorate received a report from the police, indicating that there had been notification of a microbus collision with a semi-truck on the agricultural road in the Maghagha Center district, and that there were victims and injured.
Immediately, the security forces moved to the location of the report and found the death of one person and the injury of 11 others. The injured were transferred to receive treatment.
The body was placed in a mortuary at the disposal of authorities that ordered the appointment of a health inspector to examine the deceased and authorize the burial after being presented to him.
A report was prepared, legal measures were taken, and the competent authorities were notified to initiate investigations.
