The Endowments Directorate was opened LuxorToday, Friday, two new mosques were opened in the Al-Toud and Arment centers, after the completion of the replacement and renovation work, amid a wide official and religious presence, confirming the continuation of the state’s plan to develop the houses of God and prepare them to deliver a conscious advocacy message.
Opening of two mosques in Luxor
Al-Toud Center witnessed the opening of Al-Fawi Mosque in Al-Adaysat Bahri, managed by Al-Toud Endowments, after the completion of the comprehensive replacement and renovation of the building.
Sheikh Muhammad Abdul Aziz Khudari, Director of the Al-Toud Endowments Department, delivered the Friday sermon in a special festive and spiritual atmosphere.
The opening was attended by Major General Hisham Al-Shimi, Assistant Secretary to the Governor of Luxor, Hisham Abu Zeid, Deputy Governor of Luxor, Sheikh Ali Siddiq Amir Omar, Director of the Directorate, along with the leaders of the call and religious, executive and popular leaders in the center and city of Al-Toud.
Al-Atiq Mosque in Arment returns to receive worshipers after maintenance and renovation
The Directorate also opened the Al-Atiq Mosque with Armant Al-Wabourat after the completion of maintenance and renovation work, where the Nubian Sheikh Hassani Muhammad Ahmed, Director of the Armant Endowments Department, delivered the Friday sermon entitled: “Be beautiful and you will see existence as beautiful,” and the second sermon within the “Correct Your Concepts” initiative entitled: “The Prohibition of Violating the Neighbor.”
The opening was attended by advocacy leaders from the Armant Endowments Administration, and a number of religious, popular, political and executive leaders in the center and city of Armant.
These openings come under the patronage of Osama Al-Sayyed Al-Azhari, Minister of Endowments, and based on the instructions of Mr. Hussein Abdel-Bari, Head of the Religious Sector, and the directions of Sheikh Ali Siddiq Amir, Director of the Directorate, and under the patronage of Sheikh Al-Tayeb Muhammad Hassan, Undersecretary of the Directorate.
