A state of anticipation has been witnessed in Iranian circles over the past few days, following the increasing protests the country is witnessing that have caused the death of dozens of people, including civilians and military personnel, in addition to American threats to intervene to support the demonstrators and Israeli welcome to the Iranian protests.
For his part, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei directed the Revolutionary Guard to control the protests in the country and raise the organization’s alert level to the highest level, according to the British newspaper The Telegraph.
She noted that Iranian sources said that as part of the large-scale preparations, underground missile cities were also put on alert.
She also confirmed that the Iranian government and the regime are staying, and that Khamenei does not intend to leave the country even if American and Israeli bombers fly over his head.
Anticipation in Israel of an Iranian attack
In the same context, Israeli Channel 12 reported that during the past hours, many Israelis received a disturbing text message that said: “We are coming, look at the sky at midnight.”
According to security sources, the competent authorities have opened an urgent investigation to determine the source of these messages and the party behind them, amid fears that they may be linked to attempts to create panic among citizens or to potential security threats.
The channel confirmed that the Israeli authorities have tightened monitoring and follow-up procedures, while officials called on the public to be cautious and not be drawn into any anonymous messages, stressing that the security services are working around the clock to ensure the security and stability of the country.
