Pyramids, the continental title holder, will host the Zambian champions at 6:00 pm next Saturday at Levy Mwanwasa Stadium in the city of Ndola, Zambia, in the second group stage match of the Champions League.
The ambassador made a video call with Captain Hani Saeed, the sports director, in the presence of the team players, the technical staff, and the mission members, during which she stressed her great happiness at the presence of the African champion delegation in Zambia, and her hopes that the team will continue to be at the top of its continental group and achieve its second successive victory in the group stage.
During the call, the ambassador indicated her happiness with the recent achievements achieved by the Pyramids Club and its position on the throne of football in Africa, stressing that the embassy supports the team in its continental mission as a representative of Egypt on the African continent.
Counselor Nader Shebl, the Deputy Ambassador, was keen to give the Pyramids team a souvenir from the Egyptian diplomatic mission in Zambia, and Captain Hani Saeed also presented a Pyramids shirt to the Deputy Ambassador.
