The village of Al-Atamna, affiliated with the Tama Center in Tama Governorate, witnessed SohagA state of sadness following the death of a young man after he suffered a sudden heart attack while participating in a football match with his friends inside one of the stadiums in the village after performing Tarawih prayers.
Major General Hassan Abdel Aziz, Director of Sohag Security, received a notification stating that a report had been received from the residents that a young man had fallen unconscious while playing football in the village of Al-Atamna in the Tama Center district.

The concerned authorities moved to the scene of the incident, and the examination revealed that a young man named Abu Zaid Saqr, 38 years old, suffered a severe collapse in blood circulation as a result of a sudden heart attack. He was taken to the hospital in an attempt to treat him, but he died after his arrival.
A number of eyewitnesses reported that the young man fell to the ground suddenly during the course of the match, amidst a state of astonishment among his friends, while an atmosphere of sadness descended on the people of the village after the news of his death spread. The necessary report was released, and the investigation authorities were notified to begin their work into the incident.
It is noteworthy that the deceased was attested by far and wide to have good morals, and he was close to all the people of the village, keen to participate in their joys and sorrows, which made him enjoy great love among the people. A state of sadness and grief prevailed throughout the village immediately upon hearing the news of his death, praying to God to cover him with His vast mercy and dwell him in His spacious Paradise.
