Pharco Club officials are preparing an official complaint against referee Hamada El-Galawy, who officiated in their last match against Ceramica Cleopatra in the fourth round of the group stage of the Egyptian Capital Cup, which the Orange team lost by two goals to one.

Pharco is preparing a new complaint against Hamada Al-Qalawi

Pharco said in a statement via the club’s media center: This is not the first time that Pharco Club has complained about referee Hamada El-Galawi. The Orange Club had previously filed a complaint in September 2025 against El-Gellawy, who at that time officiated Pharco’s match against Al-Ittihad of Alexandria, which ended in a goalless draw, in the sixth round match of the Egyptian Premier League championship for the 2025-2026 season.

Pharco’s statement continued: Hamada Al-Qalawi was also suspended by the Football Association’s Referees Committee earlier due to his mistakes in Pharco’s matches against Al-Masry Al-Port Said and Zamalek, which prompted him to comment on the decision to suspend him through his Facebook account, saying: God suffices me, and He is the best disposer of affairs.

The Pharco Club statement continued: Pharco officials again demand during the complaint that Hamada Al-Qalawi be removed from managing his upcoming matches due to the many mistakes he made during all the matches he managed for the Orange team, in addition to his evaluation of a report that led to the suspension of Ahmed Khattab, Pharco’s technical director, for three matches.

The statement concluded: Pharco Club believes that Hamada Al-Qalawi ignores counting some decisions in favor of the Orange Club, despite the clarity of the game on every occasion, especially since it is not the first time that Pharco has been subjected to injustice because of Al-Qalawi.
