Damietta General Hospital received, on Sunday, a child suffering from poisoning due to his accidental consumption of petroleum gasoline.
Major General Hisham Rashad, Director of Damietta Security, received a notification from the Rescue Police stating that a child named Omar Rami from the village of Kafr Al-Ghab, affiliated with the Kafr Saad Center in Damietta Governorate, had mistakenly consumed a petroleum substance, “gasoline.”
The child was immediately transferred to Damietta General Hospital in order to receive the necessary treatment, and he is currently under observation to monitor his health condition.
