Civil protection forces in the governorate managed Sohag It was possible to control a fire that broke out in the marine part of the sewage farm in the Al-Kula area, as a result of work not affiliated with the company, carried out by one of the medium voltage tower contractors near the farm.

The Sohag Water and Sanitation Company explained that the farm in question was allocated for the usufruct of an investor, and part of the forest trees caught fire.
Immediately after the fire broke out, the beneficiary investor of the farm informed the police and called in civil protection forces. The engineering equipment of the Drinking Water and Sanitation Company also participated in efforts to control the fire.
The company confirmed that it will take the necessary legal measures against the person who caused the fire, and hold him fully responsible for the environmental and material damage resulting from the incident, in addition to addressing the electricity company to take the necessary action regarding what happened.
