The engineer announced Mustafa Al-ShimiChairman of the Board of Directors and Managing Director of the Cairo Drinking Water Company, the Heliopolis Customer Service Center won first place as the best customer service center among the companies affiliated with the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater, within the activities of the Egypt Award for Government Excellence, in a new institutional achievement that reflects the leadership of the Cairo Drinking Water Company in developing the public services system.

​The shield of honor was received from the Prime Minister, Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, by Major General Mohamed Kalboush, Head of the Media and Customer Service Sector at the Cairo Drinking Water Company, on behalf of Engineer Mustafa El-Shimi.
