Major General Abdullah Abdel Aziz, Governor of Beni Suef, inspected the regularity and progress of work in the new parking complex under the Adly Mansour axis, in the presence of Muhammad Bakri, the mayor of the city, Ahmed Desouky, director of the central administration of the governor’s office, Wael Gharib, director of the parking project, and Sherine Hussein, official of the technical office in the governorate’s general office.
During the tour, the governor inspected the work system inside the complex, and followed the movement of cars entering and exiting and the regularity of traffic routes. He also inspected the camera room and the electronic monitoring system, stressing the importance of continuous follow-up and daily oversight to control performance and ensure adherence to the rules regulating work inside the parking lot.
The governor also entered the Information and Complaints Office, and inquired about the mechanisms for receiving citizen complaints, the method of dealing with them, and the speed of responding to them. The governor met with a number of citizens inside the complex, and heard from them about the level of service, their complaints, and their observations.
During the tour, Colonel Wael Gharib, Director of the Parking Project, explained that a detailed memorandum is being prepared to be presented to the Secretary General of the Governorate, which includes the violations that were monitored, in preparation for taking the necessary legal measures against the violators.
The governor directed the parking manager to prepare and present an integrated file on the complex’s work system, including the entire operational cycle, the position of the itineraries, and control mechanisms, and to study all possible measures to improve the level of service, control performance, and achieve full discipline inside and outside the parking lot.
