Major General Ismail Kamal was declared governor Aswan An expanded movement of changes in the local leadership of deputies, secretaries of centers and cities, and district heads is imminent within the next few days within the framework of the governorate’s plan to develop administrative performance and raise the efficiency of the executive work system.
This came during a press conference held by the Governor of Aswan with representatives of various media and newspapers, in the presence of Engineer Amr Lashin, Deputy Governor.
Dr. Ismail Kamal confirmed that the anticipated movement aims primarily to pump new blood into the executive apparatus, which will contribute to improving the level of services provided to citizens, and achieving rapid response to their demands, especially in the vital service sectors that affect the daily life of the Aswani citizen.

The Governor of Aswan explained that these changes come after the competition conducted by the governorate to choose representatives and secretaries of centers and cities and heads of districts, which was carried out according to clear criteria based on competence and ability to work in the field and bear responsibility in order to achieve the principle of equal opportunities and choose the best for the next stage.
The Governor of Aswan stressed that the next stage will witness careful monitoring of the performance of the new leaders, and linking their continuation in their positions to the extent of the tangible results they achieve on the ground, because our first goal is to improve the quality of services and improve the standard of living of the Aswani citizen in various parts of the governorate.
