Dr. Ibrahim Saber, Governor of Cairo, issued a limited movement of movement among a number of district heads, following… The incident of assault Ali, the head of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra district, a few days ago after Cairo 24 published its details, which raised questions about the timing and implications of the decision.

The decision of the Cairo Governor included assigning Major General Manal Muhammad Taha Khalil Al-Satohi to move from the presidency of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra neighborhood to the presidency of the Al-Marj neighborhood, and assigning Islam Sayed Ismail Al-Sayed to move from the presidency of the Al-Marj neighborhood to the presidency of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra neighborhood.

An assault incident, then movement… Questions about transferring the head of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra district to Al-Marj

Private sources revealed to Cairo 24 that the decision to transfer the head of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra neighborhood came under pressure to transfer her from her position, noting that Al-Marj neighborhood is considered one of the most difficult neighborhoods in Cairo Governorate, and requires double effort due to its population nature and service density, which raises more questions about the circumstances of the decision.

The sources continued that the movement movement issued today sparked a state of controversy, especially with its timing following the assault on the head of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra district by a person who claimed to be the director of the office of a parliamentary representative, an incident that cast a shadow over the executive scene within the district.

The decision also included assigning Ahmed Abdel Khaleq Ali to carry out the duties of the head of the Al-Waili district, and Muhammad Abdel-Mumen Muhammad Abdel-Ghani to carry out the duties of the head of the Bulaq Abu Al-Ela neighborhood, in addition to assigning Tamer Jamal Muhammad Mahmoud to carry out the duties of the secretary of the Bulaq Abu Al-Ela neighborhood.

The details of the incident are due to the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra neighborhood implementing an official campaign to remove an illegal market located on state-owned land, in addition to violations related to the theft of electricity and failure to obtain the necessary licenses, according to informed sources.

The campaign was met with objection from a person who claimed to be the office manager of a famous parliamentarian from the same district. He tried to prevent the implementation of the removal decision and stopped the campaign, which resulted in an argument that developed into an assault on the district president.

The sources indicated that the altercation ended with the head of the Al-Zawiya Al-Hamra neighborhood slapping the person, in an attempt to defend herself, before the neighborhood employees intervened to urgently contain and control the situation.
