The investigation authorities in Menoufia ordered the referral of a gang of 3 individuals to the Criminal Court on charges of trafficking in heroin and possession of firearms.
Arrest of the accused of dealing in heroin in Menoufia
The Al-Bajour Police Station Investigation Unit received information that the three defendants had taken the center district as a scene for their criminal activity. By codifying the procedures and based on confidential information, a security force targeted the first accused and succeeded in arresting him. He is called Sh, M, a resident of the village of Al-Qarnain, the center district, and he was in possession of 136 bags of heroin, a cartridge device, two mobile devices, and a sum of money.
Major General Alaa Al-Jahir, Director of Menoufia Security, received a notification from Brigadier General Hassan Al-Nashal, the warden of Al-Bajour Police Station, stating that the accused had been arrested and that he was in possession of the seized items.
The security authorities are intensifying their efforts to arrest the other two defendants to bring them to trial in implementation of the decision of the investigating authorities. The security force wrote a report on the incident and notified the investigating authorities to initiate an investigation into the circumstances of the case.
