A private source from inside the club revealed Al-Ahlyabout the truth about his negotiations with Osama Galal, defender of the Pyramids team, to contract with him in light of the approaching end of his contract with the heavenly team during the coming period.
During the past few hours, Al-Ahly’s name has been linked to an interest on its part in contracting with Osama Jalal in order to sign a contract with him, in light of his failure to reach an agreement with his club to renew his contract.
According to what the source said in exclusive statements to Cairo 24, the conversations that talked about the existence of interest on the part of Al-Ahmar and negotiations with Osama Jalal are completely incorrect, indicating that the player is outside Al-Ahly’s interests.
He continued in his statements: Al-Ahly has set its goals regarding strengthening the defense line, and Osama Jalal is not among them, explaining that there has been no communication from the club, from near or far, to contract with him.
Until now, Osama Jalal refuses to renew his contract with Pyramids, due to not reaching a financial agreement, in light of the defender’s large financial demands, which the Sky Club sees as not suitable for him.
Al-Ahly has previously identified its contractual needs during the current winter transfer period. Al-Ahly has specified the contract with a defender, along with a left-back and a striker, in addition to a defensive midfielder.
On the other hand, Al-Ahly concluded its contract with Moroccan Youssef Belamri, the left back of the Raja team, in a final sale deal, but it is awaiting the departure of one of its foreign players in order to officially settle the deal and announce it.
