A girl was killed after ingesting a toxic substance, under mysterious circumstances, in one of the villages affiliated with the Qena District District, and the body was deposited in the morgue of Qena General Hospital.
The security services of the Qena Security Directorate received a notification from the Qena Police Station, stating that a girl had died as a result of ingesting a toxic substance in one of the villages affiliated with the center’s department.

After the examination, it was found that an 18-year-old girl died as a result of ingesting a toxic substance under mysterious circumstances in one of the villages affiliated with the Qena Center District.
The body was deposited in the Qena General Hospital morgue at the disposal of the competent authorities, and a report was drawn up regarding the incident. The concerned authorities were notified to initiate investigations, which assigned the Investigation Unit to investigate the incident and uncover its circumstances.
