The first device in OnePlus’ new Turbo series has appeared in leaked live images, revealing the design of the OnePlus Turbo ahead of the official announcement.
The leaks indicate that the company is also working on launching another phone alongside it, which is likely to be called OnePlus Turbo Pro, but the focus currently is on the Turbo version, which led the recent wave of leaks.
The OnePlus Turbo will reportedly come with a 6.8-inch display with a 1.5K resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. What is noteworthy is that this information contradicts previous leaks that expected the refresh rate to reach 165 Hz.
In terms of performance, the new information indicates that the phone is based on the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor, while previous leaks expected the use of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4. Despite this conflict, the sources agree on a basic point: a 9,000 mAh battery with support for 80-watt wired charging.

While the phone will come with a plastic body, it is supposed to be offered in at least two colors: blue and black, giving users some options at launch.
As for the appearance date, the sources that leaked the images stated that the international launch will take place in March, but reliable Chinese sources confirmed that the launch in China will occur first during January. As the date of the global version approaches, possibilities are being raised about renaming the device within the Nord series outside the Chinese market.
In the end, between the varying specifications expectations and the stability of some details, the OnePlus Turbo seems ready to attract attention in the coming weeks, especially if it offers a clear balance between performance, price, and a huge battery that distinguishes it within its category.
