A girl named Lauren Kastandi revealed that her father, who has a hearing disability, was subjected to bad and inappropriate treatment by employees of the Social Insurance Office in Ahmed Badawi in the Shubra area.
Lauren Costandi explained, in a post on Facebook, that her father, who relies on non-verbal means of communication due to his deafness, faced clear neglect and refusal to cooperate when he tried to inquire about his pension, without providing any clarification or allowing him to communicate with anyone to help him.
She pointed out that her father received a promise to receive the pension within 20 days, and upon his return after the expiration of the period, he found himself faced with a new request to return after another 10 days, without any explanation or respect for his right to humane treatment.
