Dr. Mohamed Abdel Hadi, Director of the General Authority for Health Care Branch In Aswana meeting with Dr. Mustafa Abu Al-Magd, Director of the Comprehensive Health Insurance Authority branch in Aswan, to discuss and discuss a number of joint files related to the workflow within the comprehensive health insurance system in the governorate.
Facilitating beneficiaries’ access to medical services
The meeting discussed coordination mechanisms between the two sides in a way that contributes to facilitating beneficiaries’ access to medical services and improving the flow of procedures, in addition to examining ways to develop performance and enhance integration between service providers and funding bodies, which will reflect positively on the quality of health services provided to citizens, in the presence of Dr. Mary Nadi, Director of the Technical Office at the Aswan Health Care Authority branch.
During the meeting, the importance of continuing periodic communication and coordination, and working as a team, was emphasized in support of the goals of the comprehensive health insurance system and in order to achieve the highest levels of beneficiary satisfaction in Aswan Governorate.
