Regarding the Duha prayer supplication for marriage, the Egyptian Fatwa House confirmed that the supplication after the Duha prayer is a time of hope, when the servant has combined the worship of prayer and sincere turning to God.
Zainab Al-Saeed, Fatwa Secretary at the Fatwa House, said that the Duha prayer is one of the confirmed Sunnahs according to the majority of scholars, and the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, regularly performed it, because it contains gratitude to God for the blessing of the body, and opens the doors of goodness and blessing, noting that adhering to it and praying after it is a reason for relieving distress and fulfilling wishes, God willing.

Zainab Al-Saeed added that whoever regularly performs the Duha prayer will find its effect in facilitating matters and relieving worries, pointing out that the number of its rak’ahs starts from two and reaches eight depending on ability, and that its time begins approximately a quarter of an hour after sunrise and continues until before noon.

Sheikh Ibrahim Abdel Salam, Fatwa Secretary at Dar Al-Iftaa, explained that the Duha prayer is one of the recommended prayers that it is always recommended to adhere to, because of its great reward and blessing in livelihood.
He pointed out that the time for Duha prayer begins a third of an hour after sunrise and extends to a third of an hour before noon, stressing that checking the correct time is one of the reasons for acceptance, and that whoever prays it out of ignorance at a time close to noon is not guilty of sin, with the necessity of adhering to the legitimate time in the future.
