New leaks coming from China revealed that Xiaomi is preparing to add a new member to its flagship Xiaomi 17 series of phones, which will be called Xiaomi 17 Max. According to circulated information, the phone will come with the largest battery in the series with a capacity of up to 8000 mAh.
The battery supports 100-watt wired charging, in addition to 50-watt wireless charging. The phone relies on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, with a screen that features very thin and symmetrical edges on all sides.
In terms of design, it is said that the camera island will come very close to the design of the basic Xiaomi 17 phone.
Regarding the cameras, the phone uses the same main camera as the Xiaomi 17, with the addition of a periscope camera for optical zoom, which gives it a slight superiority in imaging quality compared to the regular version of the series.
Until now, the official launch date of the Xiaomi 17 Max phone has not been clear, but expectations indicate that more leaks and details will appear during the coming period.
