Realme still has not set the official date for the launch of the Realme 16 Pro series, but the company has recently intensified the teasers. Realme India has launched a landing page for the upcoming phone, revealing a number of interesting details.
First, the page confirmed the periscope camera rumors, with the teaser showing zoom capabilities of 1x, 3.5x, and 10x. Zoom is likely to be 3.5x optical and 10x digital.
For comparison, the Realme 15 Pro did not come with a telephoto camera, while the Realme 14 Pro+ carried a 3x/73mm zoom via a periscope lens.
Secondly, the phone will carry a Snapdragon chip, which is expected to be better than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 used in the Realme 15 Pro. The presence of a 7 Gen 5 or 7+ Gen 4 has not yet been announced, so the exact chipset choice remains open to speculation.

Thirdly, the phone will come with a large, long-lasting battery, and its capacity is expected to exceed 6500 mAh, while unofficial leaks indicate the possibility of it reaching 7000 mAh.
As for the screen, the Chinese version is expected to carry a 6.78-inch OLED screen and a 200-megapixel main camera.
Finally, sources confirmed that the phone will run on Android 16 and will receive three years of system updates, in addition to an additional year of security updates.
