During CES 2026, Razer unveiled its new Forge AI Dev Workstation, specifically targeted at artificial intelligence developers, providing a customized office solution that eliminates the hassle of building complex systems manually. These devices are designed to handle the largest large language models (LLMs) locally, providing developers and companies with security advantages and cost savings compared to relying on rented or cloud servers.
These stations feature enormous processing power based on Intel Xeon W or AMD Threadripper Pro processors of up to 96 cores, with support for installing up to four Nvidia RTX Pro or AMD Radeon Pro graphics cards. The motherboard includes 8 RDIMM memory slots, four PCIe Gen5 M.2 NVMe SSD storage ports, in addition to 8 SATA drives, and all of this powerful hardware works with a 2,000 power supply. Watt, with a cooling system that relies on four 120 mm fans on both the front and back to ensure optimal airflow.
To meet the needs of large projects, Razer has equipped the devices with two 10-Gigabit Ethernet ports to enable the connection of multiple stations and the creation of compute clusters, with the option to install the units in racks to save space.
