Honor has officially announced its new Win and Win RT phones in China, focusing on the gaming phone market. The phones come with the latest leading Snapdragon processors, an active cooling fan, and a refresh rate of up to 185 Hz, in addition to a huge 10,000 mAh battery.
The Honor Win phone is based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor with the Adreno 830 graphics processing unit, while the Win RT is based on the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor. The phones support up to 16 GB of LPDDR5X Ultra random memory, and an internal storage capacity of up to 1 TB of UFS 4.1 type.
Both versions come with a 6.83-inch OLED screen, with Full-HD+ resolution, HDR10+ support, a brightness of up to 6,000 nits, and a 185 Hz refresh rate, in addition to the PWM dimming feature at a frequency of 5,920 Hz. The phones also include an optical fingerprint scanner built under the screen.
As for the rear cameras, the Honor Win gets a triple system that includes a 50-megapixel main sensor with optical stabilization, a 50-megapixel telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and a 12-megapixel ultra-wide lens, while the Win RT lacks a telephoto camera.
The front camera in both phones comes with a resolution of 50 megapixels. Both phones feature an active cooling fan built into the rear camera module at a speed of up to 25,000 rpm to significantly improve cooling.
The two phones carry a huge 10,000 mAh battery with support for 100-watt wired charging, and the Honor Win also supports 80-watt wireless charging.
The phones run on the MagicOS 10 system based on Android 16, with a dust and water resistance rating of IP68/IP69/IP69K, and support connectivity via Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, and 5G with two SIM cards, in addition to stereo speakers, an infrared sensor, and an Honor AI surround sub-speaker.
As for prices, the Honor Win is available in 12GB/256GB versions for 3,999 Chinese yuan ($570), 12GB/512GB for 4,499 yuan ($640), 16GB/512GB for 4,799 yuan ($680), and 16GB/1TB for 5,299 yuan ($755), and is available in black, white, and blue colors.
While the price of Honor Win RT starts at 2,699 yuan ($385) for the 12GB/256GB version, other versions up to 16GB/1TB are available at a price of 3,999 yuan ($570), with the same color options.
The phones are now available for purchase in China, with a hands-on trial of the Honor Win phone available to see its performance closely.
