The DJI Avata 360 has resurfaced in extensive leaks. With the alleged pricing and launch information now revised, leaked video footage suggests reviewers may already have Avata 360 units in their hands.
Drone expert Jasper Elens has finally chimed in on the long-standing rumors about the DJI Avata 360. As a replacement for the Antigravity A1 (current price $1,599 on Amazon), the Avata 360 first appeared in leaks as the “Avata 3” in May 2025. However, it wasn’t until August that rumors that DJI had created a 360-degree drone surfaced.
Initially, DJI was said to be targeting a late 2025 release to rival the Antigravity. Then in January, that launch date was pushed back to sometime before the end of March 2026. According to Ellenz, a March 2026 release is still on track. However, the leaker expects DJI to launch the Avata 360 first in China.

Based on past performance, we may see two Avata 360 launches in March about two weeks apart, or a launch in China in March with the global equivalent in early April. Meanwhile, an Avata 360 tutorial video has been spotted inside DJI’s beta apps. The video embedded below indicates that DJI has already shipped Avata 360 units to reviewers.
Updated prices and configurations have also appeared. The leaked image, shown above, confirms that the Avata 360 will start at 2,988 Chinese yuan (about $435) with a battery as the only accessory. Alternatively, the drone will be available for CNY 3,988 (about $575) with the RC 2 remote, and for CNY 5,688 (about $825) with three batteries, a charging hub, a carrying case, and either the RC 2 or Goggles N3.
