Brook has launched the Wingman FGC VX Adapter for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 users in the US, allowing players to use more than 150 third-party controllers that were not designed to be compatible with these devices, such as the 8Bitdo Ultimate Bluetooth Controller available on Amazon.
The adapter has ultra-low latency and connects via USB-A or USB-C ports using an additional adapter. Wired controllers connect directly to the adapter, while wireless controllers connect remotely.
The adapter adds full support for PS4 and PS5, with six-axis motion control for controllers that support this feature, as well as customizable vibration levels, remapping buttons, and custom joystick calibration.
The converter also offers additional features for all controllers, including a Turbo mode for continuous automatic shooting or jumping, and a Macro mode for easier fighting game combos, with the ability to disable these modes during eSports competitions using the Brook Converter Center software on PC.

Controllers can also be connected via the adapter to PCs in X-Input mode, allowing players to use their favorite controllers and fight sticks on desktop. The size of the adapter is 77.0 x 20.3 x 12.4 mm, and it weighs only 13.4 grams.
